| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit and debit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. With the exception of casks and shares in casks (the price of which includes maturation at Bladnoch), we do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. In the case of a cask or part cask your card will be debited at time of ordering. Confirmation by the Distillery that we have received your order does not indicate that a contract exists. We will indicate Acceptance of your order and a contract between us will exist when we send you an invoice. This term has been included to protect the company in the event of a mistake having been made in pricing and have inadvertently under-priced goods, or for any reason we are no longer able to supply a particular product. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. Payment Methods Payment can be made by debit or credit card online, using the following cards: VISA, VISA Delta, Mastercard and Maestro.. Availability We have endeavoured to ensure the accuracy of the information on the site. Should a product be unavailable, we will inform you of this promptly. Prices and specifications can change without notice and products are subject to availability. | Delivery Schedule We do not deliver outside Europe. All deliveries are made Mon-Fri during business hours. To ensure prompt delivery someone must be present to sign for the parcel. After processing, (which may be subject to delay if we are out of stock of any items ordered, in which case we will notify you), all orders are despatched using a 24 hour courier service to most mainland destinations in the UK, 48 hour postal service to many European addresses and 72 hours to outlying areas of the UK. For international orders, delivery times vary depending on location. Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of the product and the destination address. |
| Tax Charges Alcohol products sold at www.bladnoch.co.uk are subject to UK taxation. If we are sending products to an address within the European Union (EU), prices are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT). If we are sending to an address outside the EU your order may be subject to local taxes and duties upon arrival in your country, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you will need to contact your local customs office if you require further information. |

In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. | Returns Policy It is our policy to ensure that all products supplied to all our customers arrive in perfect condition. If you are unhappy with products purchased (other than perishable products) which are not faulty, we will happily refund your money, (excluding the delivery charge), or exchange the products if you inform us within 7 days after the day following the delivery of the goods. Any returned products must be returned to us in good condition, with all packaging intact. All refunds and reimbursements will be paid within 30 days of your notifying us about returning the products. Any product returned must be within its original packaging and adequately packed to avoid any possible damage. The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer.
