I only saw Shaggy's posting a couple of hours ago and replied to him immediately that I'll try to find out tomorrow what went wrong. I hope he doesn't let this experience form his over riding view of Bladnoch but he has obviously had poor treatment and it's very important that we get feedback. Effectively the sale (or in this case, the non-sale) of a small glass has had an adverse influence on someone's view of the distillery. Shaggy has been a forum member for several years, so I'm pleased he's written rather than not tell me. Even though we've had many letters expressing positive views on many aspects of Bladnoch, the question still must be asked, how many people have had a similiar experience but haven't taken the trouble to write?
